Well We're Here in Haiti!!!

Hello Friends and Family,

Lorraine and I are so glad that you have found us on the internet on our brand new Blog. I must admit that we held out from doing a Blog for a while now, but we realized especially with our current situation this is by far the best way to keep people informed of what is going on in our lives.

For those of you who do not know - Lorraine and I are in Haiti as missionaries. Our function here in Haiti is to educate the Haitian people (both children and adult) about lots of different things, but most importantly about better themselves and bettering their society. We are doing this by Lorraine teaching English at a Haitian High School, and I am teaching Bible at the High School and at a Bible College. At this point, we have been shadowing the teachers we are going to replace for about four days now and we both are very excited about our next several months here. It is my goal to give regular updates with this Blog, so please come visit this Blog often and see how things are going with us here in Haiti.

Our hope is that we are able to put regular posts and thoughts from both Lorraine and I, as well as regularly update this Blog with pictures, so that everyone can get a feel for where we are and what we are doing. Well I guess this is it for now, so we look forward to sharing with you more in the future.
